Hi, Kim Tarshia.

Encouragement has been part of who I am long before KEOE became a business.

The name KEOE — Keeping Each Other Encouraged began in 2012 through something simple: encouraging the people around me. I shared motivational messages with friends and coworkers because I understood the power of a few words arriving at the right moment.

Over time, encouragement grew into something more.

I began creating opportunities for people to gather, reflect, talk, create, and explore questions about identity, confidence, vision, faith, and purpose.

Then life gave the word encouragement an even deeper meaning for me.

My own experiences with profound loss, grief, transition, rebuilding, and rediscovering myself changed the way I understood healing. I wasn't simply talking about restoration anymore. I was learning what it meant to walk through it.

Those experiences helped shape KEOE into what it is today.

I don't stand before people as someone who has every answer. I create space for people to explore their own.

My Approach

I Create Experiences That Help People See Themselves Differently

KEOE provides healing-centered, creative workshops and transformational experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.

Instead of simply sitting and listening to someone speak, participants are invited to engage.

We combine:

  • creative expression

  • guided reflection

  • meaningful conversation

  • storytelling

  • encouragement

  • practical exercises

  • faith and purpose-centered principles when appropriate for the audience

Every experience is designed with intention.

A crayon may become a conversation about brokenness.

A canvas may become a place to visualize peace.

A vision book may help someone recognize possibilities they haven't allowed themselves to imagine.

A single word may become the spark that causes someone to look at their life differently.

The creative activity isn't the destination.

What the participant discovers while creating is what matters.
