Where Healing Meets Purpose.
Still Colorful — I Still Have Color to Give Still Colorful invited women to see their life experiences through the metaphor of a crayon. Each woman introduced herself as a color, then explored what it meant to be broken, unwrapped, forgotten, dulled, or even melted by the experiences of life. Through guided reflection, the women were reminded of a powerful truth: a crayon does not stop being a crayon because its condition has changed. The broken places may create new edges. Being unwrapped may leave us feeling exposed. Seasons of being overlooked may cause us to question our value, and sometimes we lose our shape trying to fit into places we were never created to fit. But our color remains. Inspired by “I Am Still a Colorful,” this workshop encouraged women to stop defining themselves by what happened to them and rediscover what is still within them—their voice, gifts, beauty, purpose, and ability to leave their unique mark on the world. You may have been broken, unwrapped, dropped, or melted, but you were created to color. Your story is not finished, and you still have color to give.
Leadership Retreat — There Is Still More to Discover Leadership often requires pouring into others, carrying responsibility, and keeping the vision moving forward. This retreat created space for leaders to turn inward and remember that their own growth, purpose, and discovery do not end when they become the person others depend on. Through reflection, conversation, and intentional activities, leaders were encouraged to look beyond their roles and responsibilities and reconnect with the gifts, vision, and deeper purpose still unfolding within them. Leadership is not the end of your discovery. There may still be something within you that you have yet to uncover.
Speak It Into Purpose — From the Void to Vision Using a black canvas to represent a dark, empty space, this workshop invited women to begin with what they could not yet see. Through guided reflection, they identified and released the thoughts, experiences, and distractions that no longer needed to follow them into what was next. As they began adding life to their canvases, the experience became a personal journey of healing, focus, hope, and rediscovery, reminding each woman that even when purpose feels hidden, there is still something within her waiting to be spoken, envisioned, and brought to life. What begins as an empty canvas can become a vision. What you speak, nurture, and focus on can become the beginning of what you once stopped believing was possible.
God’s Treasure Box — Discovering the Treasure Within Created for teenage girls during Valentine’s week, God’s Treasure Box shifted the focus from seeking acceptance and validation from others to recognizing the value already within. Through honest conversations about social media, bullying, loneliness, comparison, and belonging, the girls were encouraged to see the importance of supporting and uplifting one another. Each participant received a personal treasure box filled with affirmations and encouraging words written by the other girls giving her something tangible to reach for during moments when she felt alone, discouraged, or unsure of herself. They also created personal reflections on clear, gold-trimmed plates representing the purpose, possibilities, and value they were beginning to recognize in their own lives. Sometimes the treasure we spend so much time searching for in others is the very treasure God has already placed within us.
God’s Confidence — Young Girls Empowerment Workshop Created for young teenage girls, God’s Confidence encouraged participants to discover their worth beyond appearance, comparison, and the opinions of others. Through faith, creativity, conversation, and reflection, girls were reminded that confidence begins with knowing who they are, whose they are, and that they were created intentionally and with purpose. Before the world tells you who to become, discover who God created you to be.
Window to Mirror View — Looking Back Without Losing Sight of What’s Ahead Window to Mirror View used the familiar view from a car to explore how perspective can shape the way we see our lives. Participants reflected on the rearview mirror as the past, the side mirrors as the things that may appear closer than they truly are, and the front windshield as the future still unfolding before them. The workshop encouraged participants to acknowledge what is behind them without allowing it to become their primary view. Even when the road ahead is unfamiliar and the destination cannot yet be seen, there is still a reason to keep moving forward. The rearview mirror was made smaller for a reason. Your past deserves acknowledgment, but your greatest view is still ahead of you.
Beauty for Ashes — Release, Reclaim & Rebuild Created for teenage girls, Beauty for Ashes provided a safe, creative space to confront the words, emotions, and experiences that had negatively shaped how they saw themselves. Participants wrote those burdens onto ceramic plates, placed them inside bags, and shattered them—symbolically releasing what they no longer wanted to carry. But the experience didn't end with what was broken. The girls returned to create vision boards filled with new words, positive affirmations, hope, identity, and possibilities for the lives they wanted to build. They shattered the words that wounded them and began replacing them with words that could help shape who they were becoming. Inspired by Isaiah 61:3 — “...to give unto them beauty for ashes...”
20/20 Vision — Are You a Copy or an Original? This wasn't an ordinary vision board workshop. Mirrors replaced poster boards, inviting women to look directly at themselves while exploring how life's words, relationships, and experiences can distort the way we see who we are. Participants were challenged to look beyond the labels placed upon them, rediscover their authentic identity, and recognize that they were never created to become a copy of someone else. Sometimes clearer vision isn't about seeing what's ahead—it's about finally seeing yourself clearly.
A Seed Within Itself Is a Seed This workshop invited participants to look beyond what they could see in the present and recognize the gifts, talents, passions, and purpose already planted within them. Like a seed carrying everything it needs to become what it was created to be, participants were encouraged to protect what has been planted, nurture it in the right environment, and trust the process of growth. The seed may look small today, but within it lives the possibility of a forest. Inspired by Jeremiah 29:11 & 1 Corinthians 12:4–5
